Matcha ice cream
10g Matcha 10g corn flour or corn starch 10g vanilla extract 4 egg yolks 300 ml milk 300 ml high fat cream 100g granulated sugar
1. Put egg yolk, Matcha, granulated sugar, corn flour or corn starch and vanilla essence into a bowl and stir constantly until the mixture becomes smooth. Pour the milk into a saucepan to boil, then pour it into the above mixture and stir well.
2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, cook over low heat and stir for 3 ~ 5 minutes until it thickens. Then remove it from the fire, pour it into a bowl, cover it with fresh-keeping film to prevent the surface from solidifying into skin, and let it stand cool.
3. Stir the mixture into ice cream shape with an ice cream machine, add cream and stir until it thickens and smoothes, and put it into a freezer. When eating, take it out and eat it directly.
