Job description:

1. Product R & D: formulate work plan and project plan, and carry out R & D work;.

3. Technical support: assist sales to solve customer technical problems;

4. New product R & D: actively put forward R & D ideas and implementation plans of new products and methods; Responsible for developing new products and processes; Responsible for the improvement and planning of the existing process; Responsible for new process implementation, process monitoring, improvement and optimization

5. Be responsible for performance counseling and performance appraisal of team members;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leaders;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in tea science, food science and engineering, master degree is preferred;

2. At least 3 years experience in tea or food R & D, with Matcha R & D experience is preferred;

3. Good communication, coordination and learning skills;

4. Have certain market acumen and insight;

Job description:

1. Timely understand the industry, market and product trends, and organize research and analysis to provide basis for the company's decision-making;

2. Participate in the formulation of the company's product strategic planning and objectives, and provide direction suggestions for product development and sales;

3. According to the company's plan, formulate the work plan for product promotion and product development or upgrading of the center, and organize and supervise the implementation;

4. Organize the initiation, evaluation and acceptance of product development or upgrading projects;

5. Provide technical support to the sales department, organize the training of sales personnel on product professional knowledge, and evaluate and evaluate its effect;

6. Be responsible for the external technical exchange and communication of the center, master the latest research trends and establish a good image of the company;

7. Integrate resources, control the center budget and expenses, and reasonably save costs;

8. Formulate, carry out and promote various work processes, systems, specifications and standards of the center, implement and continuously improve them;

9. Responsible for team building, training, assessment and other daily management of the center;

10. Regularly summarize, analyze and repay the work of the center, adjust it in combination with the actual situation and objectives, and formulate the next plan;

11. Cooperate with the general manager and other departments to complete the corresponding work;

Job requirements:

    1. Bachelor degree or above, major in food related;

    2. More than 10 years experience in R & D technology or product management in food raw materials related industries

    3. Good professional knowledge reserve, excellent expression and communication skills; Responsible, able to work under pressure;

        Good teamwork skills; Good copywriting skills and project management experience;
